At the first meeting, we will learn about your objectives for the project, learn about the lot/land/location, share information about our process, and address any questions or concerns that you may have. We work with our clients through the entire design process.

To begin this phase, our clients may choose to work with one of our designers or architects, or use someone they choose. Our clients will be actively involved through the design phase in order to achieve the design of their dreams. We will provide the unique expertise and assess the project, as well as provide valuable engineering services. We will gather input from sub-contractors, suggest alternatives, assist in material selection, and create realistic schedules. Upon completion of the Planning & Design process, we will provide a budget and schedule for completion of the project.

If our client owns their land within an area that has Architectural Guidelines, we will work on behalf of our client to obtain the required approvals from the developer.
